Check them out !Meet the De Luca’s,
Fabio De Luca is one of the first contacts Al Dawson passed on to Mel. Al graciously asked Fabio to keep an eye out for her perfect first espresso machine. When he found her Elektra, he and his team refurbished her to brand new working order.
Dario, another De Luca Brother, came down to Sunny Day Café to install
and set up all of her coffee equipment.
He trained Mel how to use and clean her machines so they will last. When our Elektra (espresso machine) broke, Dario came to the rescue and brought her back to life.
